The following delivery times can be used as a guideline:
UK Standard Delivery: You will be charged a shipping cost for each item placed on your order. This will be dispatched via Standard UK Mail. We advise that packages usually sent by this method are received within 2-5 working days from dispatch.
Standard Airmail: You will be charged a shipping cost for each item placed on your order. Upon entering the shipping country, deliveries will enter the postal system of the country concerned. It is our experience that goods delivered using this method arrive within 5-7 days of dispatch for European destinations, and within 7-10 days of dispatch for the Rest Of The World.

Unwanted Items
We are happy to exchange unwanted items that are returned to us within 21 days. Please send the items to the address below and enclose a note quoting your order number and specifying with as much detail as possible which items you require in exchange.
